Birth Year Age Chart

HYSA is part of the U.S. Youth Soccer (USYS) system, and follows their rules on placing players on teams based on age. 

Age grouping for the Fall of 2026/Spring of 2027 season are changing. Please see the below chart to determine what age bracket your player will be in for the 2026-2027 season. You can learn more about these changes and why they are happening here.

Existing players will receive communication from the club towards the end of Spring season, prior to Select team tryouts. Please contact your tainer or fusionselect@haysyouthsoccer.org with additional questions.
